Rehab
Our rehabilitation program has an excellent clinical team under the leadership of some of the finest physicians in the community. Our rehab team includes physical, speech and occupational therapists. The goal of therapy is to achieve the resident’s highest level of functional independence. Each resident is evaluated and, in conjunction with the resident’s physician, an individual rehab treatment plan is designed for optimal outcomes.
